Energy Summit 2023 in Lisbon
Lisbon Energy Summit 2023 was held in FIL Lisbon attended by over 3000+ attendees. I got the opportunity to explore the event cum exhibition as it was held in prime location.

Some of takeaways and learning I had:
- Its a combined efforts of all stakeholder for energy transition
- Harness potential of Genz and Millenials (post link at the end)
- Workforce in similar timezone and not necessary same country
- Flexibility of workforce
- Learning from people outside organization for better growth in this space
This one session had so much value delivered as renewable energy would be in action in next decade. So the workforce needs to be skilled to deliver and keep innovating in that space.
